Return Policy

Due to the nature of creating hand-crafted products, we are unable to accept returns and offer refunds. All sales are final. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event a mistake has been made on our part.

Curby Candle Creations uses great care while packaging items. In the event you package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. Contact us at curbycandlecreations@gmail.com with an image of the product, your name, and order number. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Since we are a small business, we are unable to provide refunds in the case of the wrong address being entered at checkout. We strongly ask that you double check your shipping address before completing checkout. However, if you notice that you entered the wrong address before the order is shipped, please notify us immediately at curbycandlecreations@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct the address.
